Harmoria provides advisory guidance tailored for pensioner clientele. These terms outline conditions for booking advisory sessions, acquisition of informational materials, and purchase of physical guides. Location: Museumstrasse 2, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland. 1. Scope

This document applies to:

• Advisory Sessions: personalized consultations scheduled on site or via remote channels.
• Information Products: digital manuals, recorded seminars and guides.
• Physical Guides: printed resources and related items.

2. Advisory Sessions

Clients may reserve sessions through our Contact Form. A session may be rescheduled if notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the original appointment time. If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the session, no reimbursement will be provided due to the tailored preparation required.

3. Information Products

Digital materials are accessible immediately after purchase. Clients may request a reimbursement within 14 days of access provided that no more than one full chapter has been downloaded or viewed. All requests must be submitted via Contact Form.

4. Physical Guides

Printed materials are shipped within five business days. If a product arrives with manufacturing defects, clients may request a replacement or a full reimbursement within 30 days of delivery. Requests should include photographic evidence and must be made via Contact Form.

5. Reimbursement Policy

All approved reimbursements will be processed via the original payment channel within 10 business days of approval. Clients interested in transferring a session to a different date or time may do so at no extra charge provided the request meets the conditions in Section 2. Certain bespoke advisory packages are non-refundable due to the extensive customization and preliminary research involved. This non-reimbursable condition applies to any package explicitly stated as such at the time of booking.

6. Modifications to Terms

Harmoria reserves the right to amend these terms. Updates will be posted on harmorica.com. Continued use signifies acceptance of any modifications.
